• Tenant Find & Placement Fee: £960
• Pre-Tenancy Pack (includes referencing, tenancy agreement and Right to Rent checks):
  • 1–2 tenants: £264
  • Additional tenants or guarantors: £42 each

Let & Rent Collection Service

• Monthly Fee: 12% of the monthly rent
• Pre-Tenancy Pack (includes referencing, tenancy agreement and Right to Rent checks):
  • 1–2 tenants: £264
  • Additional tenants or guarantors: £42 each

Fully Managed Service

• Monthly Management Fee: 16.8% of the monthly rent
• Tenant Find & Placement Fee: Included
• Pre-Tenancy Pack (includes referencing, tenancy agreement and Right to Rent checks): Included

Inventory Costs

(Prices vary depending on property size)

• Check-In Only: £115 – £136
• Check-In with New Inventory: £210 – £350
• Check-Out: £130- £150
